The company operates as a cooperative engaged in the production of extra virgin olive oil, table olives and olive-based products. It was incorporated in November 1987 and has its registered head office strategically located in Antequera, Spain. The company also manufactures vinegars and wines in a wide variety, such as apple, garlic flavored, white Balsamic, sherry, tarragon, raspberry, rosemary, red wine, and Balsamic from Modena. It offers its products under the Hojiblanca brand, through distributors. It includes 48 olive oil cooperatives located at the heart of Andalusia, in the provinces of Cardoba, Malaga and Seville; 45 of these are olive mills and nine are olive seasoning plants. The company operates in the international markets, with exports to over 40 countries, among which it finds the United States, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, China and South Africa.
